About the role

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Supervisor of Distribution II to join our distribution center team in Fort Worth.
Position impacts company profitability through maximizing productivity, efficiencies, and quality through the distribution center operations.
Position is responsible for making work flow decisions in the absence of a manager.

Responsibilities

Training, developing & supervising non-exempt associates.
Maintain established through-put standards.
Developing and implementing methods and procedures to improve efficiency and safety of operations.
This role will support a department within the DC on the 2nd shift (Monday - Friday 4:00pm-12:30am).

Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience 3-5 years experience in Distribution Center management Distribution systems preferred Retail Experience preferred VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS: At DICK'S, we thrive on innovation and authenticity.
