About the role

  • You'll be the day-to-day legal resource for the business: reviewing and negotiating a high volume of commercial contracts, owning the NDA process end-to-end, advising internal stakeholders.
  • We're not looking for someone who needs to be managed
  • we're looking for someone who can handle routine legal work with judgment and speed, flag risk clearly, analyze risk with business-driven pragmatism, and knows when to escalate.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full contract lifecycle for commercial agreements (MSAs, SaaS subscriptions, SOWs, POC agreements, DPAs, security addenda, AI addenda, and vendor contracts) in partnership with outside counsel and the Operations & Commercial teams
  • Build and maintain scalable contracting infrastructure, including standard form agreements, negotiation playbooks, and implement a CLM system
  • Proven ability to own high-volume commercial work and operate in a distributed environment with minimal oversight and structure

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of legal experience

Nice to have

  • In-house experience at a technology company, and especially supporting enterprise SaaS
  • Familiarity with data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and emerging AI regulation
  • Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border corporate structures
