Responsibilities

  • Ensure clear transitions across Define, Develop, Deploy and Activate stages.
  • Partner with Technology, Change, Training and Communications team to build repeatable material to allow the two capabilities to Serve as a primary coordination point between EDAA program teams and market stakeholders during deployment.
  • Partner closely with the broader MOD PMO to maintain alignment with program milestones.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Capture lessons learned from each deployment and apply them to future waves.
  • Develop reusable deployment playbooks, templates and readiness approaches.
  • Create feedback loops between markets and global teams to improve subsequent deployment waves.

Requirements

  • Experience with enterprise data, analytics, AI, data governance or technology programs.
  • Experience managing business and technology stakeholders through implementation or deployment.
  • Ability to translate complex technical and program information into clear business actions and decisions.
  • Experience operating effectively in matrixed organizations where outcomes depend on influence rather than direct authority.
  • Experience with organizational change, business readiness and adoption.
