About the role
- Our Primary Care Nurse is a newly created role for the clinics.
- They will have the option to move hybrid after training is complete.
- After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model, with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period.
Responsibilities
- In this position the nurse will work closely with the Providers and manage triage calls/messages for the clinic.
Requirements
- Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree.
- Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing.

Nice to have
- 2-3 years of experience preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
- Timely and thorough patient triage skills.
- Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).
- Excellent time management and prioritization.
- Adaptability in a new and changing environment.
