About the role
- Generative models and AI agents are improving fast, but most creative teams lack the fluency to achieve what's possible with them.
- The gap between vision and output comes down to knowing which model to reach for, how to prompt it, and how to chain the steps into a workflow.
- Our Creative Engineers are the ones who show customers how they can reach their ambitions.
Responsibilities
- Lead weekly workshops with enterprise creative teams, elevating their output and teaching them to get more out of Melius and the models.
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI. You already experiment with the models for fun or for work, track where the tools are headed (whether by building yourself or following the right accounts), and pick up new techniques fast.
Requirements
- You've spent time in tools like Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, or Blender, so you know the traditional workflows, craft, and language firsthand.
Skills

- A clear communicator and natural teacher, at home being the face of Melius in a room of creatives.
