Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain customer programs in Microsoft D365, Sana Commerce, and other digital platforms.
  • Create and manage trade agreements, customer assortments, pricing, and program entitlements.
  • Set up and maintain Digital Voucher programs, including participant eligibility, access, and program updates.
  • Upload and maintain customer, contact, and employee information.
  • Manage product content, including images, descriptions, and program-specific information.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation and ensure data integrity across systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in an office/administrative setting
  • Familiarity with Mark's Commercial systems and processes an asset

Compensation

  • Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
