Responsibilities
- Provide oversight of WellSky's marketing assets, manage inventory, and identify procurement needs, including shipping necessary items for tradeshows and other hosted events.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
- The Event Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of effective event marketing strategies that support WellSky's sales activities resulting in trackable lead generation, brand recognition, and client retention.
- The scope of this job includes supporting the marketing and sales teams with event logistics and support, operational management, budget reconciliation, and communication with vendors and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time

Compensation
- Educational assistance up to $2500 per year
