About the role

Decision-making and domain knowledge may have a critical impact on overall program implementation.

Establish, document, and maintain systems engineering management process documentation, including the SEMP, Test and Evaluation Management Plans (TEMP), and Concept of Operations
Create and maintain the Integration and Implementation Plan (IIP), defining major and interim milestones, Readiness Review (RR) success criteria, and SoS integration narrative
Support technical integration within all functional areas of Operational Delivery and integrated product teams in accordance with the SEMP
Develop, document, and maintain IT planning and strategy documents, such as the IT Strategy and Roadmap
Validate systems engineering designs and plans and support the Disposition Management Plan
Develop and support a technical onboarding process and training for systems supporting the Program
Drive the implementation and utilization of scaled agile methodologies across multi-team delivery environments
Distribute and communicate updates to systems engineering processes and manage the transition to updated processes

Expert experience in systems engineering management across the full system development and operational lifecycle
Experience driving technical integration across a System of Systems (SoS) with multiple service and solution providers
U.S. Citizenship is required
Must be in person in Suitland, MD
Facilitate and support Technical Review Boards (TRBs) as required
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
15+ years of experience providing technical and management leadership on major systems engineering assignments (SME level)
