About the role

  • The Quality Inspector plays a key role in maintaining product integrity and supporting a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

  • Provide and maintain a team-oriented culture to better accomplish goals and objectives to recognize value and develop God given gifts, talents, and temperaments.
  • This role supports production by conducting incoming, in-process, and final inspections; documenting results; identifying nonconformances; and assisting with corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Safety & Professional Conduct · Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE. · Maintain a clean and organized inspection area. · Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.

Nice to have

  • May recommend dispositions (use-as-is, rework, scrap) in accordance with QMS guidelines
  • final approval follows authorization matrix.
  • Security & Regulatory Requirements · Must meet requirements to handle controlled technical data (e.g., CUI, ITAR/EAR).
  • Work Schedule & Expectations · Works on a single shift, with occasional overtime based on operational needs. · May be required to support additional inspection activities during peak production periods.
