About the role
- Pay Range: $25.53 - $38.29 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
- Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Construction & Facilities Project Specialist to join our team.
- The Construction & Facilities Project Specialist will work very closely with HSHS construction and facilities management teams.

- This is a strategic position that will focus on organization, innovation, and aim to improve current processes and create efficiencies across departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related degree is required.
- High School Diploma and five years of experience as an assistant or experience in customer service, project management or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of experience in construction support, customer service or related experience is required. (This experience is in addition to the in lieu of experience if without a Bachelor's degree.)
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and web-based applications is required.
- Experience Qualifications
Nice to have
- Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
- Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
- Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
- Experience is project management is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Compensation
- $25.53 - $38.29 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
- This position is responsible for tracking major action items and comprehensive project documentation, including but not limited to, project setup, contracts, pay applications, timelines, reports, internal data entry and submissions to other support departments.
