You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into financial models, evaluate key bets, and ensure we are investing behind the highest-impact opportunities.
This role sits at the center of the business, spanning growth, product, operations, and fundraising.
This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

With the traction to support conviction in our model, we raised significant funding from top investors (Thrive Capital, General Catalyst, and Accel) to build an exceptional team of engineers and operators.
In a Strategic Finance role, you will help drive how the company plans, allocates resources, and makes decisions as we scale.
Build and own financial models that shape how Forus plans, forecasts, and makes high-stakes decisions
Partner with product, growth, and operations teams to define unit economics and evaluate where we should invest to drive the most impact
Lead scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to support decisions around pricing, market expansion, hiring, and capital allocation
Help design and evolve how the company operates, including planning cadence, resource allocation, and financial discipline as we scale
Track record of moving quickly, finding shortcuts, and going to unreasonable lengths to deliver on goals
Strong financial modeling skills - you are comfortable building from scratch and pressure-testing assumptions

Ability to go from an ambiguous question to a structured answer with minimal guidance

2-10 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or a similar high-rigor analytical role
