About the role

Contributes to annual sales and profitability targets by performing inventory audits, replenishment, and customer training for inventory management programs within assigned territory.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Works with cross-functional sales teams as the subject matter expert for inventory solutions tasks, assists project managers with analyzing sales and growth strategies, and presents market conditions and concerns to customers and leadership.

Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment that be heavy (50+ pounds) or awkward.
Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Certification is required in some areas.

Bachelor's degree in business or a related area.
5+ years of experience in inventory auditing or warehouse operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
Solid understanding of sales, operations, and inventory control functions.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.
Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.
Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.
May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc.

Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations.
