About the role
- Sentara Health is currently seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Representative.
- Position Location: This is a remote position however, candidates must reside in Virginia Beach and its surroundings.
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for all areas of customer service as it pertains to research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients.
Requirements
- Standard Working Hours: Must be able to work between the hours of 8:00AM to 5:30PM
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent Required
- Two years of customer service experience required
- Previous data entry experience required
- Prior scheduling experience required
- Experience in a high-volume call center preferred
Compensation
