About the role

You'll work directly with founders, engineers, and customers to shape features from first principles-not just polish UI after decisions are made.

Work side-by-side with engineers and founders to define, refine, and ship features, ensuring design intent and quality are preserved all the way to production.
Be the voice of the user - conduct customer interviews, gather feedback, and translate real user pain points into thoughtful design solutions.
Build and evolve Retell's design system, setting standards for consistency, scalability, and craftsmanship as the product and team grow.
Influence product direction through design, contributing strong opinions, clear rationale, and taste-driven decisions that shape what we build next.
Have a strong user-centered design background (HCI, design, or equivalent experience).

Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on shipped products.
