About the role
- We are seeking a People Partner (HRBP) to help build and scale our People Operations function.
- The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on comfortable advising leadership while also building and executing core People programs from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- This role will partner closely with managers and ICs to drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness, while establishing strong employer relation foundations as the company grows.
