About the role

You'll oversee all aspects of store operations-team leadership, recruiting, merchandising, scheduling, payroll, marketing, and financial performance-while using data and insight to guide smart decisions.
As a brand ambassador, you'll coach and inspire your team, elevate customer engagement, and cultivate a workplace that reflects prAna's inclusive values.

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while coaching ongoing growth and succession.
Build an inclusive, engaged culture and ensure accurate performance, payroll, and documentation processes.
Create and adjust schedules, ensuring productive staffing, accurate transactions, and operational compliance.
Use sales data, customer feedback, and trends to guide decisions and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
Drive brand presence through storytelling, marketing initiatives, visual merchandising, community partnerships, and leadership visits.

Proven experience leading teams or managing individual contributors, with strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Strong problem‑solving ability to address technical, operational, and organizational challenges that impact store performance.
Digitally fluent, including proficiency with POS systems, retail technology, and common software tools.
Occasionally it requires the ability to work in place.
Ability to communicate with others.

Bachelor's or master's degree, applicable certification, or equivalent experience, with 5-10 years of retail management experience (high‑volume or specialty retail preferred).
