Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support the transition to a modern, scalable platform architecture.
  • Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and deliver timely, relevant user experiences.
  • Lead the development and launch of high-impact features that improve customer outcomes and increase successful transactions.

  • We are seeking a high-impact Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative technology products that drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer value.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in growth, optimization, or experimentation-focused roles.
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems into clear strategies, execute effectively, and iterate based on results.
  • Strong experience with experimentation frameworks, including designing and running A/B tests, and using data to drive decisions and measure success against defined KPIs.
  • Familiarity with applying AI and emerging technologies to improve products, processes, or customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, with a strong bias toward action and results.

Nice to have

  • Deeply curious about user needs and proactive in identifying and addressing friction points in the customer experience.
  • Experience working with modern product analytics tools and experimentation platforms.
  • Background in consumer-facing digital products with strong focus on growth, engagement, or conversion optimization.

Compensation

  • The approximate national base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $170,000.
