Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support the transition to a modern, scalable platform architecture.
- Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and deliver timely, relevant user experiences.
- Lead the development and launch of high-impact features that improve customer outcomes and increase successful transactions.
- Drive Product Optimization and Conversion
- We are seeking a high-impact Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of innovative technology products that drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer value.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in growth, optimization, or experimentation-focused roles.
- Proven ability to break down complex problems into clear strategies, execute effectively, and iterate based on results.
- Strong experience with experimentation frameworks, including designing and running A/B tests, and using data to drive decisions and measure success against defined KPIs.
- Familiarity with applying AI and emerging technologies to improve products, processes, or customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, with a strong bias toward action and results.
Nice to have
- Deeply curious about user needs and proactive in identifying and addressing friction points in the customer experience.
- Experience working with modern product analytics tools and experimentation platforms.
- Background in consumer-facing digital products with strong focus on growth, engagement, or conversion optimization.

Compensation
