About the role

The CO team is the connective tissue between internal Mytra functions and the end user.
We make sure the product is correctly commissioned at our customer sites and the end users not only know how to use the system, but are using it in the best possible way to reap the most benefit for their organization.
You will play a key role in driving project timelines, coordinating cross functional efforts, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively from concept through deployment.

Leading complex automation initiatives through each phase of execution, ensuring alignment across internal teams, vendors, and customer partners.
Building strong customer relationships by leading communication, facilitating decision making discussions, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Prioritizing and manage several active projects simultaneously while adapting to shifting business needs and implementation schedules.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance team efficiency, and support the development of scalable project management standards and best practices.
Partnered with sales and solutions teams during presales and design phases to support project scoping, proposal development, and implementation planning.
Coordinated integration efforts between WMS/WCS software teams, controls engineers, and mechanical installation partners to support seamless system deployment.

Percentage will vary throughout the year and correspond to key phases in deployment and customer engagements at HQ or at customer sites across the US.
