About the role

As Director, HOKA Merchandising Operations, you will be the driving force behind the development, management, and execution of HOKA's Go To Market and global merchandising processes.
Your leadership will ensure seamless cross-functional alignment, decision flow, and communication across global and regional teams.

Develop and manage the global merchandising and brand planning seasonal process, collaborating with product and marketing operations.
Serve as the business voice to technology and data teams, advocating for the needs of the business to support seasonal processes.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience across merchandising, consulting, category management, merchandising operations, or product operations.
Strong proficiency in data management, merchandising, and product management tools.
