About the role

- Sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, and closing are the core of the day-to-day.
- You'll have a constant flow of senior, hard-to-fill searches across multiple disciplines and a sharp team alongside you.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for senior and highly specialized roles across the studio, including programming, art, design, and production.
- Behaviour Interactive is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our amazing team for a full time permanent position.
- You'll partner with our studio leadership to recruit senior and specialized talent for projects including Dead by Daylight, original IP currently in development, and the AAA partnership work that has helped make Behaviour one of the largest independent studios in the world.
- Partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners and studio leaders (directors, tech leads, producers) to understand role requirements and shape sourcing strategy for each search.
- Build long-term relationships with passive talent by understanding what motivates the best people in the industry.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a real track record of hiring for hard-to-fill senior roles.
- Sourcing expertise that's genuine, not performative.
- You can speak credibly with developers, artists, designers, and the leaders who hire them.
Nice to have

- Une vraie passion pour les jeux vidéo.
- Idéalement, vous avez recruté pour des studios ou contribué à la livraison de produits interactifs.
