This role is ideal for a strong construction leader who is hands-on, solutions-focused, and experienced in overseeing project delivery across multiple active construction projects.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, documentation, and overall project performance.

Provide senior-level oversight and support across construction projects to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to BUILD IT's quality standards.
Work closely with the Managing Partner and project teams to improve project delivery, productivity, efficiency, communication, and profitability.
Support and guide Project Managers, Project Coordinators, site teams, and cross-functional project teams in the execution of construction projects.
Oversee and support key project documentation, including cost reports, RFIs, change orders, shop drawings, contracts, deficiencies, and closeouts.
Support project setup, contract review, and handoff from pre-construction to active construction.
Provide constructability input, field-level risk identification, schedule feedback, and lessons learned to support stronger project planning and future bids.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support training, mentoring, resource planning, hiring, and performance feedback for project team members.
Reinforce BUILD IT's safety standards, quality expectations, brand standards, and culture across office and site teams.

8+ years of experience in construction, with progressive responsibility in project management, project delivery, or construction operations
Experience supporting or leading Project Managers, Project Coordinators, site teams, and/or cross-functional project teams
Experience improving project delivery processes, reporting, team accountability, and operational workflows
Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore or similar systems
