About the role
- The Instructor/Operator serves as both an educator and simulation operator, ensuring medical training devices, simulators, and training environments are fully operational and capable of supporting realistic, high-fidelity training events.
- This position is a contingent hire, meaning it is contingent on Fors Marsh winning an upcoming proposal.
- The interview process will be the same as our standard process, the offer letter (should we decide to move forward) will serve as a letter of commitment.
Responsibilities

- Conduct and support Combat Medic (68W) sustainment training in accordance with TC 8-800 standards.
- Conduct Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) training and recertification.
- Support EMT sustainment training programs.
- Support classroom instruction, trauma lanes, field exercises, and large-scale military training events.
- Exercise Support Support military exercises ranging from small teams to brigade-level operations.
Requirements
- Experience with scenario-based and simulation-based training methodologies.
- Ability to teach adult learners in classroom and field environments.
- Ability to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting EMT-level or Combat Lifesaver (CLS) instruction.

- Develop and execute realistic medical scenarios utilizing moulage, environmental effects, and battlefield simulation techniques.

- This position supports Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC/TC3), Combat Medic sustainment training, Combat Lifesaver (CLS) courses, Medical Education and Demonstration of Individual Competence (MEDIC) training, and other medical readiness programs approved by the Medical Center of Excellence (MEDCoE).
