Responsibilities
- Perform general clean-up and safety activities including sweeping, trash collection, feeding waste materials into dry hog.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous work experience that demonstrates the ability to hold employment for significant periods of time (2 years or greater).
- (This is a safety sensitive position) Ability to work in an industrial environment that includes heat, cold and noise.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to lift, push, pull and have exposure to various weights and sizes of veneer, plywood, lumber, bark and sawdust.
- Ability to lift over shoulder/head height.
- Ability to stoop, walk, stand, push, pull, bend, kneel, climb as to demonstrate a range of motion needed to complete assigned work during 12-hour shifts.
- Must be able to hear, read and see directions
- Physical and Safety Requirements: (This is a safety sensitive position) Ability to work in an industrial environment that includes heat, cold and noise.
Compensation
- From $17.90 per hour
