About the role
- Execute data integration activities between NSPB, NetSuite, and other upstream/downstream systems when applicable.
- Act as a trusted advisor during client engagements by providing EPM and NetSuite planning best practices.
- Contribute to various internal MHI initiatives including solution accelerators, knowledge sharing, and ongoing EPM education.
Responsibilities
- This individual serves as a hands-on Senior Consultant responsible for the implementation and support of NSPB solutions integrated with NetSuite.
- The Senior Consultant works closely with Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Solution Architects to deliver successful customer outcomes while contributing to ongoing practice development initiatives.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships across all project phases by managing expectations, addressing concerns proactively, and delivering outcomes that contribute to high client satisfaction and referenceable engagements.
- Participate in solution delivery responsibilities across all project phases, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
- Collaborate with Principal Consultants and Solution Architects to address technical and solution challenges throughout project delivery.
- Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements en route to system design and execution.
- Design and build multidimensional planning models, metadata structures, business rules, calculations, dashboards, and data integrations within NSPB.
- Collaborate closely with in-house development and functional teams to implement custom solutions and develop clear, comprehensive Technical Design Documents.
- Support user acceptance testing, training activities, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
- Experience participating in solution design and implementation activities across varying project sizes and complexity, including enterprise-level EPM implementations.
Requirements
- Continue developing NSPB product expertise across all areas required by customer engagements.
Nice to have
- 5-8+ years of relevant EPM, FP&A systems, or consulting experience with significant specialization in planning and performance management solutions.
- Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or relevant field.
- Strong background in finance/accounting, FP&A processes, consulting, and advisory services.
- Multiple end-to-end NSPB implementations with strong hands-on NSPB technical and functional implementation experience.
- Hands-on NetSuite experience is strongly preferred, including a strong understanding of NetSuite data structures and financial processes.
- Strong knowledge of multidimensional modeling, business rules, and planning frameworks.
- Experience integrating NSPB with NetSuite strongly preferred.

Compensation

- A reasonable estimated salary range for this position is $105,000 - 150,000 USD.
- T otal compensation for this role also will include a quarterly incentive plan with the potential for an additional $5,000 to $100,000 per year.
