About the role

Responsibilities
- You will hire, coach, and develop SDR talent while strengthening the systems, messaging, targeting, and operating rhythms that underpin our success.
- Your impact will directly support sustainable revenue expansion and strengthen confidence in forward-looking pipeline performance as Doxel expands its footprint across the $16T construction industry.

Compensation
- $115,000 - $130,000
- Pay is based on a variety of factors such as location, skill level, qualifications, competencies, and overall experience.
