  • This role ensures business value is reflected in a well-maintained feature backlog that prioritizes features based on key business drivers and evaluates products in market against expected value and investment objectives.

Responsibilities

  • This position collaborates closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to drive revenue growth and achieve customer satisfaction objectives.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and product personnel to support timely product delivery effective resource utilization
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to support growth initiatives and cross-functional alignment
  • Act as a product subject matter expert, providing product demos and training sessions to build awareness and understanding including providing product demos and training sessions to drive adoption and understanding
  • Drive product launches including working with marketing, executives, and other product team members
  • Own and lead client-facing roadmap discussions and executive business reviews for key strategic accounts
  • Develop best practices and policies within your own product area while also collaborating with related stakeholders related to PRDs, SDLC, value tracking and definition and release management (elements of the product lifecycle)
  • Serve as product expert and collaborate with architecture and development to define and document complete product requirements for new features and enhancements
  • Develop an understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and recommend new ideas and enhancements that support customer needs and business objectives.
  • We help them organize and optimize their practice staffing and scheduling operations!

Requirements

  • Speaking, reading, writing, ability to use a telephone and computer
  • Ability to exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally
  • Ability to interpret various instructions
  • Ability to deal with a variety of variables under only limited standardization
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Own end-to-end strategy and prioritization decisions for an assigned product area with a high degree of autonomy

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree related to Business, Computer Science, or MIS college or university degree required
  • 5-7 years' experience immersed in the full product lifecycle in an Agile environment
  • Agile related certification preferred
  • Prior experience mentoring or managing other Product Managers preferred
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or managing product management staff preferred

Skills

  • Ability to adhere to and exhibit the Company Values at all times
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication - skills both oral and written
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Solid critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Detailed oriented and comfortable working with complex products and defining development level requirements for those products
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Ability to consistently meet goals, commitments, and deadlines
