Responsibilities

  • Manage operation/function
  • Develop Strategies to efficiently maintain packaging resources from TMMMS to Supplier while focusing on cost reduction.Kaizen current packaging to improve Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost for the end user.
  • Manage processes:
  • Must create supplement orders for missing or damaged freight.
  • Procure and manage freight expedites to meet production timing.
  • Maintain flexibility to manage the unknown, special projects, and crisis situations (including reflection)

  • Manage functions which include special projects (ECI, Buildout, Start Up).
  • Ability to lead coordination meetings with all levels of management to ensure production volumes are met on time. (With visualization skills)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Supply Chain, or Engineering
  • 1+ years' experience in an operational role focused in Packaging, Supply Chain Engineering, or other Engineering.
  • Ability to take large amounts of data/information and summarize to the necessary audience (Executive Updates)
  • Ability to work different shifts/weekends as required
