Responsibilities

  • Communicate and assist all parties to create an amazing customer experience.
  • Leads assigned escrow team.
  • Builds and maintains a book of business through continued personal marketing efforts.
  • Manages and processes assigned escrow files, through exceptional communication and coordination of escrow team.
  • Leads team in resolving complex title issues.
  • Maintains utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Maintains information security.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • ability to accept other people and ideas as having equal or better merit
  • S/He is required to exercise extremely independent judgment and to possess the knowledge and experience necessary to efficiently manage any situation that may arise during the escrow process.
  • This position must have an established book of business or be able to establish a book of business within a reasonable amount of time to meet given performance standards.

Nice to have

  • Three plus years of experience as a Washington State Limited Practice Officer.
  • Knowledge & Abilities:
  • Comprehends pay off per diems, tax proration, interest, debits, credits and can balance escrow file with lender requirements.
  • Professional and effective verbal and written communication
  • Utilize organizational tools to effectively multi-task.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, web navigation and specialized title software

Compensation

  • $30.29 - $42.40 Hourly DOE
  • Incentive bonus based on Company profitability.
  • Vacation 10 to 25 days per year.
  • Compensation range $30.29 - $42.40 hourly (depending on experience and qualifications).
  • With tenure and strong performance an employee may earn up to a maximum of $45.68 hourly.
