About the role

Client Solutions is a key member of Hamilton Lane's Canada Client Solutions team, supporting the firm's fundraising, business development, and ongoing client service activities.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, balancing multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail.
This role is well-suited to a highly motivated, analytically minded team player who is eager to deepen their knowledge of private markets and play a visible role in growing the firm's business.

Responsibilities

Support fundraising and business development
Help maintain market maps, prospect lists, and sales pipelines, ensuring information is current and accurate in firm systems (e.g., CRM).
Support the delivery of client reporting and servicing to meet agreed requirements and service standards.
Work collaboratively with internal partners across the firm to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Perform quantitative and qualitative portfolio and product analysis to support client conversations and fundraising efforts.
Build and maintain a strong working knowledge of Hamilton Lane's private markets solutions, structures, and strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling client materials.
Developing Your Career

Requirements

Approximately 4+ years of experience in financial services or a related finance role, with exposure to clients or external stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
