About the role

The Ambulatory Care RPN will provide assistance to the physician as they carry out various minor procedures.
Work includes pre-clinic preparation, organizing patient flow, and managing supplies/materials.

Familiarity with Meditech Order Entry
Experience in working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting
Satisfactory performance and attendance required
Satisfactory Reference Checks required prior to start date
Must be available for all shifts as per department schedule, on an as needed basis
Current Registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
Current BCLS certification
IV Therapy Course (or up to scope)
Cardiac Monitoring / Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
Demonstrated Physical Assessment and wound care skills
Ability to perform phlebotomy for collection of laboratory samples
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated life long learner
Able to work within a team and independently
Team player

$37.69 - $39.17 per hour
