PRA Modeling & Analysis - developing and enhancing PRA models for internal events, fire, seismic, and external hazards
Client & Regulatory Support - providing consulting expertise, preparing regulatory submittals, and delivering solutions that improve safety and efficiency
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, innovative solutions
Mentor and support early-career engineers through knowledge-sharing and guidance
Advise and interpret new and advanced nuclear regulations, methods, and approaches to support industry (e.g., NEI) and advanced nuclear vendor needs
Contribute to business growth by building relationships and identifying opportunities
Our engineers and consultants collaborate to solve complex safety and security challenges, ensuring our clients can protect what matters most.
Additionally, our service providers are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and may not use the information for any unauthorized purpose.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent PRA-related experience)
Experience with nuclear plant or advanced nuclear PRA, operations, licensing, or engineering

5+ years of PRA experience (10+ for senior-level consideration)
Hands-on experience in PRA (internal events, fire PRA, external hazards, or risk-informed applications)
Familiarity with NRC risk-informed processes
Prior consulting or client-facing experience
Project management or technical leadership experience

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting and not a guarantee of compensation.
National Pay Range
$80,000 - $160,000 USD
