Responsibilities
- PRA Modeling & Analysis - developing and enhancing PRA models for internal events, fire, seismic, and external hazards
- Client & Regulatory Support - providing consulting expertise, preparing regulatory submittals, and delivering solutions that improve safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, innovative solutions
- Mentor and support early-career engineers through knowledge-sharing and guidance
- Advise and interpret new and advanced nuclear regulations, methods, and approaches to support industry (e.g., NEI) and advanced nuclear vendor needs
- Contribute to business growth by building relationships and identifying opportunities
- Our engineers and consultants collaborate to solve complex safety and security challenges, ensuring our clients can protect what matters most.
- Additionally, our service providers are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and may not use the information for any unauthorized purpose.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent PRA-related experience)
- Experience with nuclear plant or advanced nuclear PRA, operations, licensing, or engineering
Nice to have
- 5+ years of PRA experience (10+ for senior-level consideration)
- Hands-on experience in PRA (internal events, fire PRA, external hazards, or risk-informed applications)
- Familiarity with NRC risk-informed processes
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience
- Project management or technical leadership experience

Compensation
- Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting and not a guarantee of compensation.
- National Pay Range
- $80,000 - $160,000 USD
