About the role
- Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: 7323 Beverly Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90036 (hello82 HQ) Work Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30AM to 6:30PM, Onsite Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable process: invoicing, payment matching, collections Prepare and review AR Aging reports; follow up on overdue accounts Maintain and operate QuickBooks Online (QBO) AR module, ensuring data accuracy Support month-end/quarter-end close through AR account reconciliation Communicate with clients (labels/partners) regarding invoices and resolve disputes Collaborate with Finance/Payroll teams on cash flow reporting (Preferred) Manage AR processes related to logistics operations (e.g., shipment-invoice matching, logistics vendor settlement) Qualifications 3-5 years of hands-on AR (Accounts Receivable) experience Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) required Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP preferred) Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Nice to Have AR/finance experience in the logistics industry Experience in entertainment/music industry or agency environment Experience handling multi-country transactions (Korea/US/Germany/Mexico) Benefits & Perks | We Take Care of Our People The hello82 team understands the importance of ensuring our employees are provided with strong benefits to keep them going wherever they are.
