Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience OR
  • Master's degree and 3+ years of experience OR
  • In lieu of a degree, 9+ years of experience
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen to be eligible for consideration
  • Must be able to work overtime

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of all OSHA 1910.119 PSM elements, P&ID standards, plus EPA, RMP programs is strongly preferred.
  • BS in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)
  • Thorough working knowledge of applicable codes, standards and RAGAGEPs (ASME Section VIII, API 510, 570, 653)
  • Significant and relevant experience working with HT mechanical systems and asset management programs including knowledge of business specific risks and industry approaches advantageous to a robust program of work.
  • Proven track record of effective decision-making ability and problem-solving skills, preferably within a manufacturing or power generating environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and gain agreement for complex or impacting programs of work.
  • Computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Products and Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) i.e., Maximo.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience and the ability to work in a team environment.

Compensation

  • $114,400 - $185,900-Annually
