About the role

In this role, you'll be the client's main point of contact: leading strategy and working closely with Araminta (our founder), Elliot (content strategist), Denisa (content strategist) and the wider team of strategists and writers.
What we really value is attitude, great writing and strategic thinking.
Client management: Run weekly/fortnightly calls, provide Friday status updates, handle questions, and push back on out-of-scope requests.

Edit and finalize drafts, manage client feedback, and upload polished articles into the client's CMS.
Join Mint Studios strategy calls, brainstorm solutions, and participate in monthly one-on-ones to support career development.

What happens once you're hired?
You'll be given a 30/60/90-day plan that will help you get up to speed on the business and your role and help you carve out your unique path to success.
The first 60 days will mainly involve you writing articles and content for clients.
This is so you get up to speed with our approach to writing and we can train you on our methodology.
After that, you'll start doing the strategy working directly with clients.
First you'll be shadowing one of the existing strategists so you learn the ropes of strategy, and then eventually you'll lead the clients yourself.
You'll have one-on-ones with Araminta every month to ensure you're making progress in your career and professional development.
