This position will be supporting multiple brands, based out of the company's Carrollton, TX office.

Support is provided through lease reviews, franchisee outreach, landlord outreach and 3rd party broker engagement.
They never miss a detail - they love reviewing and analyzing real estate documents (i.e. contracts, LOIs, leases), managing multiple projects with tight deadlines and changing priorities.
