About the role
- Salt is seeking a results driven Sales Representative to represent a leading tech client within a retail environment at Best Buy.
- This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, confident in sales, and comfortable in a customer facing setting.
- This role is scheduled Thursday through Sunday each week for a total of 20 hours.

- Operate independently while professionally representing both Salt and the client
- Serve as the primary in store contact supporting program objectives
- Communicate feedback, insights, and opportunities to management and client teams
- Ensure brand standards and program expectations are consistently upheld
- Execute program fundamentals including sales execution and retail compliance
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets
- Track daily performance metrics and customer engagement outcomes
- Complete daily reporting and administrative requirements on schedule
