About the role

- The Onsite Operations Manager is responsible for the overall execution and completion of one or more simultaneous projects, including revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities and equipment, and dispatch.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in the rental equipment or construction industries
- Ability to travel as required to perform duties
- The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.

Compensation
- $65,000.00 - 102,438.60
- Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
