About the role
- This role is part of our Digital team, where your internal title will be Associate, Digital
- working primarily in a business analysis capacity across client engagements.
- As a Business Analyst, you are an early-to-mid career professional with a strong foundation in process improvement and a desire to grow both your technical and consulting skill set.
Responsibilities
- Support client and internal teams in understanding complex business problems and translating them into clear functional requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather and document business needs
- Assist in creating documentation, including user stories, process flows, and business requirements documents
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or strategy-focused role
- Experience with requirements gathering methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or similar)
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments
- Foundational understanding of digital product lifecycles and business analysis best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in learning about industry-specific trends, data governance, and strategic planning

Compensation
- The estimated compensation for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
