About the role

  • This role is part of our Digital team, where your internal title will be Associate, Digital
  • working primarily in a business analysis capacity across client engagements.
  • As a Business Analyst, you are an early-to-mid career professional with a strong foundation in process improvement and a desire to grow both your technical and consulting skill set.

Responsibilities

  • Support client and internal teams in understanding complex business problems and translating them into clear functional requirements
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather and document business needs
  • Assist in creating documentation, including user stories, process flows, and business requirements documents
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or strategy-focused role
  • Experience with requirements gathering methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or similar)
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)
  • Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments
  • Foundational understanding of digital product lifecycles and business analysis best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Interest in learning about industry-specific trends, data governance, and strategic planning

Compensation

  • The estimated compensation for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
