Responsibilities

  • Establish a supportive, ongoing relationship with clients and their support systems
  • Contribute to comprehensive assessments with clients and their supports which identifies client strengths and needs
  • Establish and implement Recovery Plans to guide the mutual work towards client recovery
  • Provide ongoing support and referrals for families, as needed
  • Provide support with other duties as assigned.

  • We're looking for a Peer Support Worker to join our Outreach Team!
  • To create, implement, facilitate and evaluate recovery topic focused, pre-vocational, vocational and life skills groups and activities within Hospitals.

Requirements

  • Lived experience on a path to recovery is required.

Compensation

  • $62,425.03 - $73,441.21 annually (Candidate qualifications will be considered when determining the starting salary)
