- Partnering cross-functionally with Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, and external suppliers, the Senior Engineer provides technical expertise in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and new product introductions.
Responsibilities
- Can you share an example of how you used data analysis or statistical tools to identify a quality issue and drive a long-term improvement in product performance or process capability?
- Describe a situation where you partnered with manufacturing, suppliers, or R&D to resolve a complex quality issue. How did you approach root cause analysis, and what actions did you implement to ensure it did not recur?
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Chemistry, or closely related field required
- Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing and/or Quality Engineering
- Ability to work in industrial and golf course environments
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to travel, occasionally on short notice
- Familiarity with Acushnet Company Safety Policies and Practices
- Knowledge of Hazardous Waste Compliance policies and practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods
- Good or corrected vision, including accurate color perception

- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Systems preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
Compensation
- $107,896.00-$134,765.00
