- They are expected to demonstrate and uphold Ascension Coffee's standards during all shifts through sharing their knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Coachable - able to receive and implement feedback quickly.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and perform repetitive, range-of-motion activities.
Requirements
- Maintenance - has working knowledge of all coffee related equipment.
- Specialty coffee experience required.
- Open availability, nights and weekends required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, ~8 hours each workday.
