About the role

The Traveling Superintendent is responsible for leading, directing, and coordinating the overall site management of a construction project.
Upon completion of each project, the Superintendent will transition to the next assigned site.
This role ensures that each project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong collaboration with all stakeholders.

Develop a big picture understanding of the project through immersion into the documents.
Coach, develop, and retain a high-performance project team.
Manage the client experience, employee experience, and subcontractor experience proactively.

Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
6+ years of experience in a commercial construction firm.
Thorough knowledge of construction forecasting, cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and accounting principles.
Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
