About the role

Safety Oversight Enforce and monitor all Company safety policies, including fall protection, hazard mitigation, and PPE compliance.
Ensure Site Supervisors and craft workers are trained, certified, and implementing safety procedures.
Conduct site visits to assess and mitigate risks; oversee Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and pre-task planning.

Maintain strict adherence to tolerances, project specifications, and company QA policies.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, field teams, and executive leadership.

Minimum 5 years of experience in safe and compliant erection of structural and miscellaneous steel.
Strong proficiency in industry communication, project documentation, and leadership.
Ability to obtain and maintain required updates or re-certifications for all training as necessary.

This person will constantly be responsible for successfully integrating safety initiatives into the functional operation of the different projects by maintaining processes and procedures to prevent injuries and violations of the law or company policies and minimize the environmental impact of our operations.
About the role Key Responsibilities Safety Oversight Enforce and monitor all Company safety policies, including fall protection, hazard mitigation, and PPE compliance.
Issue citations for safety violations and coordinate corrective action.
Verify implementation of Project-Specific Safety Plans and Critical Lift procedures.
Quality Assurance / Control Ensure welders are properly certified and following WPS procedures; oversee bolting, surveying, and installation accuracy.
Track non-conforming items and ensure proper documentation and approval for any deviations.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and reporting with Owner's representatives.
Production Management Monitor production rates, manpower requirements, and equipment usage to meet project milestones.
