About the Role In this role, you'll receive hands-on, on-the-job training while working alongside experienced Pool Technicians to learn the fundamentals of pool cleaning, equipment service, and repair.
General Summary of Position In this position you will receive on-the-job training and will be responsible for assisting Pool Technicians on cleaning pools, servicing and repairing pool-related equipment
assist with promoting equipment upgrades and service offerings as directed, with overtime and Saturday work required during peak seasons Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS.
Required Skills & Abilities Must be a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent computer skills and a positive approach to customer service.
Excellent organization skills, quick learner, result oriented, highly detailed, with interpersonal and communication skills are required.
