Responsibilities
- Lead or support incident and near-miss investigations.
Requirements
- Maintain required safety documentation and communicate risks to project teams and client stakeholders.
- Knowledge & Skills Required:
Skills
- 5+ years of construction safety experience.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required.
- Biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, cleanroom, or regulated-facility experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards and safe work practices.
- Experience with site inspections, incident investigations, and corrective-action follow-up.
- Ability to review safety plans, permits, drawings, logistics plans, and project schedules.
- Strong communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Compensation
- The salary range for this full-time role is $91,000.00-$121,333.35 per year.
- Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
- This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package.
