About the role

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate real‑time inventory using scanning devices, ERP systems, or inventory software.
Requirements
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods.

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 3+ year of experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or material handling (preferred).
- Basic computer literacy
- experience with ERP or inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers and materials.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, parts, and components.
- Stage materials for production lines based on daily schedules and work orders.
- Safely transport materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes or other industrial equipment.
- Replenish production areas to prevent downtime and ensure continuous workflow.
- Prepare finished products or components for storage or outbound shipment.
- Track raw materials, WIP (work‑in‑progress), and finished goods to ensure proper rotation and storage.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or overstock situations to supervisors.
- Ensure materials are labeled, stored, and organized in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
