About the role
- Acts as a bridge between market opportunity and operational execution.
- CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES: This position requires a current driver's license.
- MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: - Ability to analyze pipeline values, gross margin data, and project financials. - Ability to interpret revenue contribution metrics, win rates, and budget-level project intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Builds market-entry strategies for new territories, vertical markets, or customer segments;
- Develops target account lists and relationship maps;
- Qualifies opportunities using established sales criteria and develops opportunity strategies before handoff;
- Supports relationship development, strategic presentations, executive meetings, and proposal positioning during the sales process;

Nice to have
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
- or 7-15+ years of related experience in business development, strategic sales, construction sales, or project-based sales
- Experience in signage, construction, architecture, development, hospitality, gaming, or retail branding preferred.
- This position requires a current driver's license.
Skills
- Ability to analyze pipeline values, gross margin data, and project financials.
- Ability to interpret revenue contribution metrics, win rates, and budget-level project intelligence.
- Ability to write business development plans, opportunity briefs, and executive correspondence.
- Ability to interpret a variety of projects and customer intelligence gathered through written, oral, or observational means.
- The employee must occasionally visit active job sites and construction environments.
