Responsibilities
- You take a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, maintain organized service records, and support field teams by ensuring they have dependable equipment.

Skills
- Valid Ontario 310T Truck and Coach Technician License or 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License
- 3 - 7 years of experience working on trucks and/or heavy equipment
- Strong diagnostic ability across diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and major repairs independently
- Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
- Valid driver's license (DZ or AZ considered an asset)
- Strong attention to detail in diagnostics, repairs, and inspections
- Ability to identify root causes of recurring mechanical issues
- Strong organizational skills in managing service schedules and documentation
- Clear communication with operations teams, supervisors, and field crews
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and urgent repair needs
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical, efficient solutions
