Responsibilities

  • You take a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, maintain organized service records, and support field teams by ensuring they have dependable equipment.

Skills

  • Valid Ontario 310T Truck and Coach Technician License or 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License
  • 3 - 7 years of experience working on trucks and/or heavy equipment
  • Strong diagnostic ability across diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Experience performing preventative maintenance and major repairs independently
  • Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Valid driver's license (DZ or AZ considered an asset)
  • Strong attention to detail in diagnostics, repairs, and inspections
  • Ability to identify root causes of recurring mechanical issues
  • Strong organizational skills in managing service schedules and documentation
  • Clear communication with operations teams, supervisors, and field crews
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and urgent repair needs
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical, efficient solutions

Compensation
