  • Review all external speaker engagement requests submitted via the Speaker and Event Engagement Hub on behalf of the Executive Office and submit action via eTask Answer any questions from Approver Groups (e.g. Media Relations, Government Affairs, Business Intelligence Group) regarding PERMIT roles, specific speakers, and SES troubleshooting Ongoing System Enhancements Provide input and oversight on recommended enhancements to improve the user experience and approval process for external speakers Manage development and integration of approval process for GS speakers speaking internally and externally (Speakers
