About the role

Responsibilities
- Manages implementation of EHS programs and initiatives supporting SPW operations in alignment with regional and enterprise standards.
- Partners with SPW superintendents, foremen, and operations leaders to integrate EHS planning into daily and look-ahead work activities.
- Reviews risk assessments, audits, and job hazard analyses (JHAs) to support safe work practices and regulatory compliance.
- Manages incident investigations and corrective action tracking; supports communication of lessons learned.

Requirements
- Work Experience: 6-8 years of experience in construction EHS required, including experience supporting self-perform crews.
- Prior experience providing work direction or supervising EHS staff required.
- First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required.
- 6-8 years of experience in construction EHS required, including experience supporting self-perform crews.
Nice to have
- Safety Trained Supervisor Construction (STSC) certification preferred.
